How to pay for your case
People often panic about legal bills. It is often thought that the "meter starts to run" as soon as you enter a solicitors office.
We, however, believe that everyone should have access to quality legal advice, irrespective of income. Therefore:
- We offer a free 15 minute first interview.
- At that interview we will take details of your query and assess
your eligibility for Legal Aid. This involves an assessment of your
income,
outgoing, savings and any dependants.
If you are not eligible for Legal Aid, then we are happy to set up payment by instalments. - If you have an injury claim, then we will act on a no win, no fee basis.
