Man left unable to play football after negligent treatment by hospital - wins £5,000

The claim

Mr R suffered a leg fracture whilst playing football. The orthopaedic surgeon failed to treat the facture properly and Mr R was left with problems which made it difficult for him to play football, or indeed any sports.

The result

We sued the hospital concerned for medical negligence. The hospital defended the case until the last moment, when they then agreed to settle the claim. Mr R received £5,000.
