We offer a free first interview to prospective buyers and sellers.
This
will take the form of an initial appointment with a conveyancing solicitor
who will:
- Explain the firm's terms of business and provide a written quotation
of the fees and outlays.
- If you are selling, the solicitor may arrange for an evaluation
of your property. This may be in the form of a visit from the
Property Manager or a firm of chartered
surveyors who will carry out a pre-sale
valuation. In the case of buying, he or she can discuss and give
advice regarding a realistic purchase price.
- The legal language that you will expect to hear, such as Offers,
Closing Dates, Title Deeds, Missives, Searches and Dispositions will
be explained,
together with the legal procedures that must be followed to achieve
your satisfactory sale or purchase.
