Our Property Manager may be the first person that you come into contact
with when you have decided to sell your house.
She will visit you at home with a view to prepare your
sales details. A schedule of accommodation will be prepared, with room
sizes and any particular features noted. It is a good idea to consider
this visit as a "proof run" for a prospective purchaser and
have the house looking at its best to create a good impression, as the
all important photographs for your sales details will usually be taken
at this time.
This is also the time to discuss any doubts about your property and make
enquires whether planning permissions and building warrants are in place.
The Property Manager will usually be able to resolve any problems or worries
that you may have in preparing to sell your property.
